How to stop negative thoughts, how to overcome anxiety, and how to eradicate negative thinking 

Negative thoughts sometimes make us angry or fearful. They provoke us by destabilizing our brains. Sometimes we get seduced into it, even if we do not want to, and we say what we should not say, it causes us the most harm. We should definitely figure it out and keep away from this evil thinking which is actually a real enemy of our mind. 

Here are some ways we can follow to avoid unnecessary thoughts & negative thinking.

How to eliminate negative thinking:



1)  Connect to spiritual Meditation: Spiritual meditation can really help us know our soul's inner knowledge. It encompasses our divine thinking which opens the gates of conscience. Meditation helps us to know who we are. What is our behavior? We can start mediation by closing our eyes and focusing on our breathing. 

After practicing so many times we will feel energetic. In this process, we may face the supreme ecstasy. It will take time to learn spiritual meditation. Gradually, we will start to realize the world is so beautiful. We start to shed the negativity in us.

We won't have any malignity for others. We just focus. Focus on our inner soul to forget the bad past. After understanding the reality of life, we will forget and forgive those things which trouble us. We will have peace in the mind at last. It may take some time and by releasing every negative thought. We can achieve the original pleasure of life.





2) Chanting of Gayatri Mantra:   
  "Om Bhur Bhuvaḥ Swaḥ Tat-Savitur Vareñyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi Dhiyo Yonaḥ Prachodayāt."

By chanting Gayatri Mantra, we can connect our soul with the Supreme Father. The gentle stream of purity can flow in our hearts and minds, which can liberate us from evil and sin. When there is no evil and sin in our hearts. Then only love will remain in our hearts and he who has love in his heart easily overcomes unnecessary negative thoughts.

3) Overcome your Mind:- We weave many fantasies in our minds. We dream many, many dreams break and fall apart. We get angry despite not wanting, due to which we self harm ourselves, and therefore we should keep our mind ready to overcome. So the question is How to control your mind? We have to stop our unnecessary thoughts with the help of concentration. 

We have to give up the idea of ​​hatred, violence, guilt towards others. We have to go to our conscience. We have to recognize the activities of our brain and when it happens. We feel good about ourselves. The mind and the brain make us feel immersed in the ocean of happiness. It seems like anger, unbridled thoughts are insignificant things in front of us.




4) ॐ OM Chanting:  There are many benefits of chanting OM. The chanting of OM keeps us stress-free. OM is not just a word rather it means to draw closer to God. We get pleasure from chanting ॐ. When it is completely settled in our brain. Then we join the universe. Many people also call it the "Sound of Universe".

5)Keep smiling: - Smile even in the face of anger, by doing this you will not become worse and will also be able to calm the anger.

6) Increase the thinking level of mind:-
We always get engaged in many fantasies. We think we will have this or that. and in the end, we don't get what we wanted, and we become sad. Increase the level of mind. Get yourself out of fantasies.

Think what will happen after that? If I achieve anything in fantasy then what? what will happen next? Everything will be normal again, right? Then why waste time in fantasies? All we have to do is to live in reality. By doing this we can calm our minds and settle our brains with reality.

7) Take proper sleep:-
Sleeping is very important for our brain. Proper sleep helps our mind to function properly. Good sleep increases the level of concentration which helps the brain to avoid evil thoughts. 

8) Don't feel alone:
Don't think bad for yourself, Don't repent much. Talk to your friends. Spend time with your loved ones. Always think that God is with you, and he loves you. Be a good person. Share your thoughts with your family members and your friends. It will lighten your mind.

9) Take care of yourself, give yourself time:-
Never think you are useless. Never cry for not being good enough to fulfill your dreams. If you think positively about yourself, things may turn around in your favor. Always believe that you can do it.
